- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to, service unavailability, errors in the order, or issues with payment processing. Customers will be promptly informed of such cancellations, and a full refund will be processed.
Refund
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available for services/products that are unused and in their original condition. Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery or service completion.
- Refunds for digital content, online courses, or subscription services are generally not provided unless a technical error or defect is proven.
